I watched Final Destination 2 today. Wow... That movie was the most gruesome and violent movie I've ever seen in my life. The movie was so violent that some scenes actually bordered on comedy. The audience certainly thought so because you could hear people laughing and cheering. I didn't really know how to react, but by the end of the movie I was very much disturbed.

You know how in Japanese anime (Kenshin especially), there are scenes where the skilled and agile swordfighter slices a bamboo pole or a candle or something of that sort? You'd think that the bamboo pole or candle would split in two as the swing was made. But because of the lightning-quick motion of the matial artist, the bamboo pole or candle remains intact only to fall apart seconds later. You know what I'm talking about??? Well, there was a scene like that in Final Destination 2, only it wasn't a bamboo pole or candle; it was a human body that was sliced. The body remained intact for a few seconds, but then it suddenly split into three neat chunks. And to add to that, parts of the intestine swung around as these lumps of flesh collapsed to the ground. Yummy... (Interestingly, I was eating throughout the whole movie...)

For any of you who were planning on watching this ridiculous movie, I apologize for ruining the scene. But, believe me, this movie is NOT worth watching on the big screen. I'm still confused as to why I even watched this. Oh yeah... Stinkin' Roy. Hahaha!
